Chris began his financial career at the Chicago Board of Trade in
1987. By 1990, he worked his way up from being a runner and into
the trading pits. He traded debt instruments, eventually covering all
points in the yield curve from overnight Fed Funds to the 30 year
bond. In 2000, he moved across the street to the Chicago Stock
Exchange where he became a specialist trading NASDAQ stocks.

When the bear market began, Chris drew upon the trend following
skills developed in the futures markets and applied them to stock
investing. Later, that experience inspired him to start MTS and
develop the initial market trend strategies. Chris graduated from
Chicago’s DePaul University with a business administration degree.
Mr. Dziedzic holds NASD Series 4, 7, 24, 63,and 65 licenses.

George Martin began his financial industry career at the Chicago
Board Options Exchange in 1976 as an order clerk and then never
looked back. After a series of promotions, he too migrated to the
Chicago Stock Exchange to become a floor broker for Merrill Lynch.
In 1982, George was hired by independent brokerage and market
making firm, G A Davies and Co., and spent ten years on the trading
floor in those capacities.

George gained additional experience while managing trading desks
both on and off the trading floor and as a specialist trading NASDAQ
stocks for one of the largest trading firms on the trading floor. As
one of the founders of MTS, George's ideas and vision developed
into many of the concepts of asset management which we now use.
Mr. Martin holds NASD Series 7, 55, 63 and 65 licenses.

Bob's first position in the markets began as a broker at the Chicago
Board Options Exchange in 1977 and traded there until 1982. After
coming to the Chicago Stock Exchange in 1982, he served both as
floor broker and specialist as opportunities presented themselves
and his firm's needs required.

As an MTS fouding partner, Bob was instrumental in organizing the
original conceptual MTS market trend strategies so they could be
systematically applied to equity investment portfolios. He also was
extensively involved in the back-testing of the original strategies.
Bob has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Puricelli holds the NASD series 7 license.
