Q. MTS? Why is the company named MTS?

MTS is an acronym for MARKET TREND STRATEG

and it describes our approach to investing.

Q. What is a market trend strategy and how does it differ from
strategies used by other advisors?

Most advisors and market pundits attempt to

predict

the

irection of the stock and bond markets using a variety of

pproaches.

Fundamental and technical analysis are

excellent tools when used properly, but should never be

confused with "crystal ball" prediction devices.

At MTS we

believe those tools are more useful for

identifying

what the

current trend is

, evaluating risk,

and exposing the tell tale

signs that the main

trends are changing.

At MTS, we believe

that is a realistic

approach and we have designed a model

which we believe is

reliable in doing just that. Such a model

can provide a

disciplined plan and remove the emotional

decisions

and mistakes

investors make.

Q. What advantage can I gain from working with MTS?

Professional traders and other investors differ in many

No. Although MTS

ses some of the same strategies as

hedge funds (like using bear

we are not a

edge fund

manager

. All

accounts are separately managed in your

name. Also, Hedge

funds typically require you to be a "High

Net Worth" individual

or accredited investor. MTS has clients

in that category, but it

is not a requirement for most of our

strategies.
